Well Dave, you wanted pictures, here you go. I got it hooked up and it works like a charm. Next dilemma was trying to figure out how to fasten the new resistor up there with the old stuff. Here is where a guy got lucky.

Save the old carbon board from the old resistor. Put the new one up there and then the carbon board over the top of the wire mount for the new one, run the screws back down into thier holes and the carbon board holds it perfectly in place. It also is against one side of the new resistor keeping it from scooting down and the distance between the screws is just perfect so they are touching the wire to keep it from scooting side to side.

I actually hooked it up with two wires cross of what I was going to try. Heck, I'll be danged if it didn't work perfect. YOu want to know what wire goes where I'll have to check it again to tell you that information. Plum already forgot but here is some snaps of it hooked up.
