| I've had shipping errors with them and they always corrected them, no problem. I've even had several errors where I got stuff I didn't order and they sent a UPS tag and picked it up. I always gave the stuff back simply because they were so good about correcting the items that I didn't get. I'm sure it's like everywhere else, good help is hard to find and I imagine pay isn't top of the line. Overall, Shoup is good about this stuff. | |
