Godfrey,IL/ Greenfield,IL | We have always had good luck with shoup. 2 shipping problems in the last 3 years though. the first we ordered like 20 filters which were all correct but they packed them with the gathering chains we ordered. we called they sent us all new filters no charge and told us to salvege what we could from the others for our trouble. the second was just a few weeks ago i ordered 21 bearings 20 being the same and around 10 filters. everything was correct but they shipped 20 of thesame bearings in 1 box but put the other in the box with the filters and dented one of them. I called and they sent us a new filter no charge and told me to keep the other. SO there customer service is pretty good. |
