USA | Oh geez, yes, we've had problems with them and shipping. We ordered 20 gauge wheels,(only need to replace 20, did 3 last year) , we received 1 about a week ago, the other 19 went to the guy in PA that only ordered one. Two phone calls later, we received 18 yesterday, and finally the last one today. The real kicker is that they charged it to our credit card as soon as the order was placed, which was almost 4 weeks ago. I don't think anyone at Shoup knows how to count. | |
