| I don't know specifically on the Kubota but with hydraulic shuttle's generally, you just shift them. The clutch controllers look after everything else. The NH's are just shifted. The computer will ease the thing to a stop and then reverse it (within limits I believe). I don't expect that Kubota would be any different. That's the purpose of a hydraulic reverser. It should last a lot longer and put up with a lot more dumb asses on the seat. I prefer the manual myself, but I'm not likely to be among the majority on that...
