Subject: Kubota hydraulic shuttle or synchronized shuttle on a M5040?

I am going to buy a Kubota M5040 and I can't decide which transmission, the hydraulic shuttle or the synchronized shuttle. The salesman have different opinons but no good answers. The hydraulic shutle is about $1500.00 higher and they tell me that the clutch is a wet clutch which is good but the clutch at the flywheel is dry on both of them isn't it? I prefer to push in clutch and stop before shifting from forward to reverse anyway,so what is the advantage of the hydraulic shuttle? What I am afraid of is some of the help will start shifting it back and forth without the clutch and tear up the rear axle. Could somebody give me a true answer that is not trying to sell a tractor? Thanks
