I did that for many years. I had a 45 ft sprayer and a six row planter. I always sprayed soybeans twice. The second time I moved over 15 feet or one planter pass. I have now gone to a 60 foot sprayer and an eight row planter. I do the same thing. On the second time spraying I move over 20 feet or one planter pass. It seems to work good for me.
