The dust is the problem not the wheels. Here we have a big issue with rogators applying Roundup when it gets dry and dusty behind the sparyers. Roundup becomes inert when it contacts the soil and the dust particles are soil. Most obvious behind wheels when using rogators etc, some when using terragators on sandy soils.

Many things have been tried none too effective. I have the best results with a pu sprayer in these conditions as the smaller tires seem to raise less dust
