John, I just noticed your post in this thread this morning. I checked Cherokee and Crawford counties, and looks like corn in Crawford will pay about $35/acre, and Cherokee just missed by three bu over "trigger" yield.

I like your post, and reasoning in this post, wish I had noticed it earlier.
