No offense taken tommy....I know you too well for that.....but perhaps someone could have. 

I know what you are talking about in terms of the need for concise step-by-step instructions for personnel with little experience.   My answer is to just do that step myself but I realize that is neither practical nor desirable for someone in a larger setting with more people to oversee.

Just curious....what kind of turnover do you have with the tech school graduates in say the first three years, and how long does it take to convert one into a seasoned enough mechanic that it is no longer necessary for someone to constantly oversee?
