SPEED IS INCREASED BY 1.85 TIMES(1000/540), SO DRIVEN PULLEY WOULD BE 1.85 TIMES LARGER OR
1.85X9=16.67". IF THIS IS TO BIG, MAY WANT TO REDUCE SIZE OF DRIVE PULLEY.
