Have ran a Sunflower drill for 10+ yrs. Very satisfied with it. We are 80% conventional tillage for wheat, but do a fair amount of no-till with it also (primarily into soybean/corn/sorghum/sunflower residue). Works good for both. Not sure how your conditions compare. As for Agco owning, for the time being things are well, but they (as well as Landoll) can't come close to keeping up with sales. Parts is a different story. I'm local also, but can't go there for something anymore, has to be shipped to KC area, then back to local dealer to get it.
