West Central Iowa | Had a mower with a 25 briggs that I was not impressed with, seemed to lack torque. It was replaced under warrantee because of air cleaner problems with the 26 briggs, and it seems like a much better motor. Much more torque than the 25 and a better air cleaner design.
Honda,Kawasaki,and Kohler engines are probably better choices, but I didn't want to spend the extra $.
