Steve, for me , JD poly urea grease was the best thing to keep the closer wheel seals lubed and dirt out of the bearings between 3 year repacks on my 750 drills. Polyurea thickner allows much more oil to less thickner, so Polyurea grease has about the highest percentage of oil content of any type grease. Because of this, it just lubes longer than most greases in an application where you can't or don't want to lube it very often.
There was a time that you could not mix polyurea grease with most other grease, but that seems to be a thing of the past. Most polyurea grease now has modified thickner so it mixes with other grease types with no problem.
