Go broke fast???? I did a 50/50 deal her for years on a small tract.At one time years and years ago it worked pretty good. Landlords pay half spray, seed fertilizer. What I found was that landlords didnt want you to spend anyting much on chemicles and nothing on fertilizer and expected you to harvest for half price of custom rates and haul free as well as all other operations and labor.Lots of fiddling around figuring and haggeling over expenses till we agreed.Come disaster time, they were right there with nothing much to loose while you had worn out machinery.
