Lets also make a clarification...King Tut is not the farmer in east central illinois doing this
Another clarification........if somebody here is doing it and they are doin it in wc iowa,,,you better get prepared,it can become a predominant lease arrangement
There will be people who will take it...just wait the next one will be 50/50 and farmer will pay real estate taxes.
The overall market conditions that exist could make this a manner in which our margins get put back to where thay have been forever.without having to have a market retreat back to past levels...think about it
Then it can be back to the ol story wow look how high grain prices are...damn farmers are getting rich | |
