It's been years since I've worked with Scepter.  However, I agree with Ed.  I don't think I would say that Scepter *controls* volunteer corn - at least, I would not rely on that without more experience.

Before you commit to using Scepter, I would investigate the potential for carryover into the next crop. I don't remember if this is a concern; however, I would investigate it.
