Why not just get your best guess and add %10 for the PIA factor that the Ins companies, and adjusters make you put up with from all their non-real world adjustment factors and unrealistic shrink factors. If you get spot checked, You tried to do your best, but oops, s**t happens. How far back can they go to check your actual yields,after you have hauled it in?
