EC North Dakota
I found that MPCI shrink adjustments for excess moisture are less that the elevators. When they do a settlement for loss on delivered bushels they use thier own shrink factors not what the elevator takes for shrink. This past year we harvested a lot of wheat and soys with moistures over the standard and had no losses on production. I recaculated all wet loads based on MPCI shrink factors and reported those bushels to APH rather than the elevator bushels.
