My cousin had a pin or cable snap on a Allis 7000 series tractor years ago while pulling up to a trailer to fill saddle tanks. Even after that I never gave much thought to letting someone jump on or off my 4 wheel drive tractor while holding the pedal down. After I got married and had children around machinery that practice STOPPED. My children (and age) made me much more safety conscious.
