I know you dont want to put vapor barior on both sides if the inside is sheet rocked, creates mold issues, dont know about if you line the inside with tin though. They say the wall needs to be able to breath. You might look at your role of vapor barior, They usually have a product suport # on them. In the past they have been very helpful answering my questions.
