Without pulling out the file to get all the numbers, and I know this doesn't answer your question completely, but we worked with a beef operation here that installed a concrete barnyard and stack pad in a feeding area that was previously dirt. He kept pretty good records on his manure collected (he did scrape and stockpile prior) before and after the project. He collected 100 tons more manure after installing the concrete barnyard and stacking pad than before. The Penn State Agronomy Guide lists calf/heifer manure production at 87 pounds per day per 1,000 pounds of animal. Take your animal numbers times animal average weight divide by 1,000 and multiply by 87 lbs. That will give you daily manure deposited. The manure will have an analysis of something like 2-2-7/ton.
