The price of all the fertilizers we use in hay has doubled, some considerably more than doubled. Fuel has definitely doubled. To replace my older equipment with equal capacity will cost 4 times as much. Even with a good trade in it is still way more than doubled. The break even for my hay has also doubled.
Does anyone here remember when cigarettes were 25¢/pack? When Gold was $30 an oz?
