"Here in MD, NRCS has blessed the GP Turbo Till for incorporating manure while maintaining eligibility for the CSP no-till payment."

The last I heard (about last winter sometime) on the subject PA-NRCS has determined that any equipment that works across the full width of the implement does not qualify as "no-till".  I think the GP Turbo-Till would fall into this category.  They are not saying they are not good machines, and that they don't do what they are intended.  They are saying using these machines is no longer "No-Till".
