Southwest Missouri | One of the big reasons for written contracts is to think everything through before hand.
Sometimes you do not know if someone is reasonable until there is a problem. Then it is just too late.
I certainly agree that it is not worthwhile to do business with someone you can not trust. A written contract with someone you can not trust will usually cost you more to enforce it than the benefit of your bargain (your expected profit) was in the first place.
