Central IL | happened here last year. Dad was pulling one wagon on scales while I was behind him with another. Soon as he got on the scales, the left front wheel did a couple of wobbles then fell completely off. Bearing went out. The lug nuts and hub were still with the wheel, so easy to find. Real scary as the wagon crossed 2 bridges and 1 set of railroad tracks and met countless cars on the way.
Whew.
