Lapel, In | Land for sale there might interest me. $1,500 an acre with lease back a possibility,paying 8% ROI which figures to be $120 an acre. Over a thousand acres. I assume the irrigation equipment goes with it? Is that normal? The farm I bought in Indiana didn't include the irrigation equipment. Normal crops grown there?
