You may be working for free if you are doing it to get a discount on inputs and are getting a yield drag to the many other options out there. Doesn't take much of a yield drag to make a loss with corn at $3.50 and beans at $9.00. The big P dealer here is planting a lot of Dekalb, so how can anyone be interested in his product when he doesn't even use it?
