| Generically, be VERY skeptical when ANY company approaches with a dealership. Ask questions, and lots of them. Some examples, are they offering any income guarantees to help get your feet on the ground? Where is the current dealer in the area? Why did they quit (if they did)? What is the future direction of the company? Remember, GH is no longer independent so the faces you deal with in GH may not be the ones making the final decision on the direction of the company or products.
If you are doing it just to get a better price on seed, why not approach a current dealer and cut a deal for all your seed business?
