I occasionally hear about 200 bu milo here in West Texas. It is irrigated heavily of course. Good balanced fertility and narrow rows seem to help. The previous poster was right, it does better if you wait until the boot stage to irrigate, if you can. My non-irrigated average is about 50 bu/acre, and I think that is about in line with the average out here for dryland.
