Most deep tillage in my area is done on about a 45 degree angle to the future row. Our milo harvests in mid-June and finishes in July. The paratill plows hit the field behind the combine on a 45. Secondary tillage such as discing is done about October and November on a similar angle but opposite corner to the paratill plow. Bedding tools follow to make the rows in November and December. Need beds up by Christmas. With uniform beds the planter units run very smooth.
