It made a Crop | Good Luck to you. Looks like you'll get leads (help) here. With 26 years of service hopefully you received about a years worth of security to work with.
You never know you could end up back with Monsanto. I was put on salary continuation about 15 years ago. About 2 months later a person called to tell me he did not like how his job had changed and he was quitting. He knew I would be a good fit for the job. I now have 27 years with that company.
Sounds like you already know you'll land on you feet. But, don't be surprised if you go though a few touch and go landings before you land the right one.
