Sorry to hear that...friend here "Bill Cox" had the same offer from Monsanto...move him to Mississippi, but decided to take the package as well. He spend 25 years with the company (started out in Dekalb) and lived and breathed Monsanto. He considered it an early retirement whether he wanted to or not. I wish you the best Jim.
