I haven't been on here long but have enjoyed your posts and advice to growers as well. Good luck and best wishes to you and your family in your future endeavors. I admire you for doing what is best for your family vs letting someone in a large corporation move you like pegs on a board. I too understand very well how the corp world works as I spent 12 of my 27 yrs working for a large competitor of Monsanto. I was tired of traveling and being gone for 4 nites a week for the last 7 yrs (when I took the role was promised no more than 2) and decided to move into a smaller company and it has been wonderful. I would encourage you to look at all options including smaller companies and make sure you stay in ag working with growers as you seem to be very good at that. As long as we keep our customers best interests at heart we can always find good employment.
