Hoisington, KS | The last two years we've had urea broadcast in the winter and then plant milo May/June. This last winter we had it put on right after a 3-4"snow and the next day the snow all melted so I think that really worked well. I was worried about losing some with all the moisture we had this spring and then some big rains, but we have a lot of clay loams soils so I think we're fine. I think the only difference is if you put it on with the drill you avoid the application fee. | |
