For us its hard to tell exactly b/c we apply on entire field so no side-by-side checks. My guess is + 10-15 on corn and + 6-8 on beans; this is based on surrounding yields on comparable soils.

Regarding compaction, drag-line is the only way to go, if pulled deep enough they are same as a deep chisel and can remove compaction. Tanks will cause more damage than the fertilizer is worth most years.
