The way I heard it is a conventional tillage farmer washes his hands quickly rips off a piece of paper towel and quickly dries his hands but not completely dry and throws the paper into the can wiping the rest of the moisture off on his pants , a conservation farmer washes his hands uses the blower but gets fed up waiting for his hands to dry so wipes the remaining moisture onto his pants to finish the job and a notill farmer washes his hands and uses the blower but is patient and allows the blower to completely dry his hands.
