Cost does include fan on bin. Does not include cost to get grain in bin. that will add about 40 cents per bu. I will take a bin over flat storage any day even if the cost for a bin is more.

What I can't understand is why farmers don't build their own storage, rather than let the grain elevators reap the benefits.
