Subject: Two dead yearling bulls

Adams, NE
Just got home from Christmas with family and my brother tells me 2, 10 month old bulls died. He fed them at 4pm ( a mixture of hay and silage which they have been on for 3 months) and found them the next morning. Had the vet out and she said it looked liked they dropped dead without a struggle. Both were laying next to a sucker rod fence (no electricity close), bloated, some blood in mouth with a small puddle of frothy blood and feed in one spot. I am not satisfied with the answer and was just looking for suggestions. Saw pictures and it sure looks like electrocution but do not think that is possible. The bulls were both laying next to the fence only 20 feet apart. There are no signs of struggle. HELP.
