We have had a few calves like this last couple of years. A shot of Draxxin, and they look better for 1-2 days then back down hill. Vet told us to give big shot of Tetradure (20 or 30 ml) in three injection sites. We do this treatment 3 times. I can't remember if each treatment lasts 7 or 14 days. This has been successful so far.
