here, heavy clay, the positive impact of having the sand spread is very noticable. On some close fields where we have spread very heavy it is really nice. But if your already on sandy soils then I would think it would not be a positive. Again, here, I think it will not be in my lifetime or probably the next person after me that it ends up being too much. Takes a lot of sand to amount to much spread out over a section of land.

Where the positive impact of a settling lane would be appreciated for me would be in reduced cost / time of getting that sand out of the lagoon. Even if I did not reuse any of the sand back in the barns.

If anyone out there is using and happy with their lanes it would be nice to hear about them / maybe a few pics too.
