Too much corn money up north to compete to much with. Just remember that it may just decide to quit raining here for 4-5 months out of the year.
I have no problem paying $$$ for grass but it better be good grass with decent fence for the top dollar. Not the limestone hills with 6"'s of dirt and 10,000 cedar trees. | |
