North Mo. | Boy that is a lot of clover. If it was mine I would graze it do not over graze if at all possible. You might as well harvest some of the clover hopefully there will be enough grass to equal out the protein energy ratio, it doesn't look like there is/ Hopefully there is in other parts. I guess I would hit and run I cannot stress not to stay too long. I am moving fast hoping maybe a little bit more grass will re grow and come back again this winter.
I know about the water situation, I grazed a 120 acres earlier about all there was lespedeza and a few springs of grass hoping the fescue might grow a bit in other pastures. We are getting rain now so at least maybe we will have so water to drink. I hope I understand what you were asking. Ben | |
