The building I've got 100 hd pens in is set up a little different also. It was originally 25 hd pens. Then a gate that went from the feeder to the back wall needed work so took it out to work on it, didn't get it fixed in time so it was a 50 hd pen. Liked it so took out the rest of those short gates. Fast forward a couple years and one of the long gates between the 50 hd pens needed a bunch of work, thought I'd try a 100 hd pen. Liked it, took out the rest to make all 100 hd pens and built gates to section off 1/4 of the pen for sorting. Its a little more work than auto sort but it works pretty nice to sort the day before. |
