You will really like the pre-sort gating if you've never had a building with it before. Sorting the night before and taking them off feed saves you a lot of feed and shrink over the long haul. And having an area to crowd animals for vaccination is a big plus of this pen design. My experience is that pigs in small pens do better (25-30 head) but every system has its advantages and disadvantages.
