Eastern Iowa | I have no idea the model, it is pretty old, but it's fine for what we do. Couple hundred cows a couple times a year and probably 300 calves a couple times over.
It's a portable model that has no palpation cage, which would be really nice when castrating, and the headgate with the ratcheting release arm tends to jam or not close tight enough to hold small calves so one of us has to keep pressure on the handle. Calves have to step over a 10" plate at the bottom on the way out, which some of them don't like to do, and trips others up. All together, it meets my needs, but maybe not my wants.
It looks like this one I found on an auction website, but ours has a manual headgate instead of a self catch, and no palp cage:
