Kaukauna WI | rancherman, exactly, I tried to tell 'the old man' to test my theory on bull calves. But that won't tell us anything about Johne's. I know if we feed raw milk to heifer calves, and vaccinate for Johne's like we already do, that we won't have Johne's in that animal. We will have to lie on our RAMP (a stupid thing we have to go through every year to 'prove' that we are trying to clean up our act re: Johne's. Every farmer who vaccinates has to have this "come to Jesus" meeting with his vet). | |
