West central IL | Not sure of all the costs anymore onm buildings, but I know places were giving contracts for 10 to 12 years a few years ago, that was about the payoff on the builings with out putting a ton of money back in your pocket over the years, then you have to worry about, will the contractor resign the contract after those 10 or so yrs, or will you be left looking for someone else about the time you can start making a little money. Another thing to think about is all of the bigger growers have there contracts so one sided that you have little or no say with what goes on in your buildings. READ the contracts! | |
