Go wean to finish. Takes more work to get the pigs going, more propane in winter but you only load and wash twice a year. Buy a generator and go with the solid side walls and no curtains. Easier to heat in winter. 8 foot pit with a wean to finish barn is fine. Most we see around here is 600,000 to 800,000 gals and pump once a year. Feeder to finish you will get more. Buy as much stainless steal parts u can. I have badder/pan waters and dry feeders....power bills are more "here" it is 500-600 a month with a deep well.
