Here in SE Iowa you will face lawsuits, and a variety of harassments by groups seeking to stop any confined animal feeding operations. My advice is you better have good relations with you nieghbors as the local group has offered to go anywhere in the state to help shutdown cafos and they seem willing to use some deep pockets and courts to do it.
